Music Inspiration = NIN
With the new album due it has been a rollercoaster of detailed information.
The designers must be in overdrive..new sites..updated photos..chunks
of info and music bits. Overall a grand experience..no complaints.
Getting inspired doesn't take much. Just some research, and a pen and paper. I haven't found it to difficult to come up with an idea...yet. I probably just jinxed myself.
Fashion Inspiration = Alexander McQueen
Unique designs, a little dark, and not afraid to try something new.
Check out the new McQueen PUMA collection designs
This month in Bazaar is a small article on the man...check it out..

Identity Theft and DSW.
Let me tell you how this happened to a relative of mine. Basically a purchase was made at the store "DSW" using a check. Information was stolen and we were notified almost a year later. Over 1.4 million people were affected. Getting this issue resolved was a big pain the ass..changing information at the bank, call credit card companies, get a credit check every few months to see if anything strange was located on it, and go to the police who really seem to care. Then going to the dreaded DMV and get a new license! NOOO!
But DSW still continues to be in business. I guess we can call this new wave crime.
The craziest was when my friend had a credit card approved for his dog.

I took a photo of my wii..it blinked!
Welcome to the first day of spring. It wasn't to cold this morning but the traffic as always was the pits. I signed up for Twitter yesterday. Not sure if this was a good idea. I have AOL and YAHOO instant message..usually the same friends and family are on it..so why would I need Twitter?
I read it might be a good idea for work flow..this way your clients can see how the project flow is moving along..or stopped...or maybe they just want to see when you brushed your teeth..took a nap..pet your dog..made paper airplanes..watched tv..its more of a friendly big brother but
with a warm hug to let you know he isn't reallllly watching..

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I am fifth generation Irish American among many other things...
I missed the parade.
next year...next year...
I'll watch it on that old box called the television.
Download a desktop for fun...

Articles from Advertising Age -
Time Warner held a conference at...the MOMA?...I think they have their target age group pegged wrong. I don't even watch TV unless it is the news or weather. Sorry TV...I think it is time you embrace new ideas with the web.
Nokia is to see ad space on your cell phone and will test in Paris later in 07. yay? Ads everywhere on your phone..interactive banner ads, in mobile applications, mobile videos. This sucks!
Good news..IBM has created a tool that will help the blind.

I found this article about the commute for Google workers.
At least they don't have to deal with gas stations that have a total of eight pumps and six have orange cones in front of them, with a wait of nine cars. Sounds like a bad math problem from the sixth grade... How about the lady at the toll booth who has a breakdown cause I gave her a $20 bill...then asks for my license plate number to write down in case I gave her a fake bill.
Since when is using cash a crime? Seems like everytime a customer uses cash they either get "don't you have anything smaller!" or "hrrrrmmph - then heavy breathe while counting". I say "Cash is King". Learn to accept that cashiers of the universe.
Bye Bye CompUSA. You were my first job out of high school. I will never forget the foreign people who tried to bargain with me at the cashier when I told them their total was $1078.89 and they didn't want to pay the eighty nine cents.
