Trying to update Paypal is also hell. I've been with them since 2000..and to get a simple answer as to why I cannot updated is pure torture.. I think the Mr. Reaper owns PayPal and he laughs at us on a daily basis.
The art pictures here is created by Brom. I think this Mr. Reaper should be on our license plates. You would have a choice...save the environment, lighthouse, birds, police, etc and Reaper. Sorry...the Garden State just doesn't cut it anymore...how about Kill or be Killed..that is more suitable.
Grab a plate..time to BBQ. There was a time where my family would go down to LBI and get the shorehouse ready for the summer. My grandparents owned the shorehouse for about 30 years..50's-80's. I don't remember much about LBI..maybe the trampolines which probably aren't there anymore..
I think it was a smart move to sell..the traffic alone will stress you out..either that or hoping the house doesn't float away when the waves are up to the dunes..ah!
Memorial Day rush...I think the worst driving was from Monday through Wednesday. I am just glad I wasn't planning on taking a train anywhere...or going anywhere near the Shore area. I am sure it is swamped with tourists.
I am at war with Pageflex..nevermind trying to use a specific font..sometimes the dash or bullets might not work properly and you will get a huge box instead...If it is a customized font..add more nightmares..I haven't found much information on Pageflex...forums..tech places etc..I heard that Adobe would be coming out with a Variable Printing program which is in Beta. That figures..everytime I learn something new..it just fades away. Foiled again!
A guy just drove by and he was singing like a cat with helium lol!
Went to four or five different movie theatres to get tickets to see the Da Vinci Code..nuts! Everything was sold out..finally lucked out and one lady was mad because there weren't any seats left so she kept talking loud while the previews were on the screen..finally the lights dimmed and a guy in one of the seats told her to "sit down or leave!" and the entire place started to laugh and clap....she left in a hurry.
I think it was about 1am..parked around the corner and walked into the new shiny store..they were giving out cards to fill out so you could enter the give away contest..filled that out..it was actually crowded for about 2am..lots of drunkards surfing the net or manhandling the merchandise..I wished they would have given us a coupon or something...anything..for visiting on the first day..the stairs can be a bit mind numbing..and i do not wear glasses..most drunks were taking the elevator..spotted an SNL cast member..'
Been listening to this cd choc-full of ear treats from the YeahYeahYeahs..the entire album I can listen to on repeat...not just a one trick iTUNES download..you must have it ALL!, and this one song from KT Tunstall - Black Horse and the Cherry Tree...I think it is the "woo-hoos" that remind me of the Eurythmics...
Monday morning: coffee...am given the finger from an out of state looney because I wasn't going 90 in the slow lane...spill coffee on shirt...run out of gas in no-where land...am late for work. Mondays suck.

I saw Art School Confidential and it brought back alot of memories from being in class..It is pretty entertaining to read old critiques of my classwork.I could identify with the school security guy kicking us out of the classes to close up at night..
Has the computer design world been bastardized? Does clicking a mouse make you a designer? What is to become of the graphics field in the future? These are some questions I think about...I might dabble and write a blog...I don't call myself a writer. I guess you could say some people are self-taught..but will never possess the "trained eye". The graphic design field might be swallowed whole and dwindle down to nothing...poor art students...its to bad you have to paint those 1 inch squares for hours and learn to draw a straight line with no ruler...
