They are about to ban smoking in our state. I don't smoke but I can imagine what this might create..in terms of underground clubs/bars.

On the 16th of January 1920 the Volstead Act became law..which banned alcohol. I guess January is the best month to ban. If I had a choice I would ban ear pollution..obnoxious people who like to talk extra loud on their cell. What would you ban?
